Corporate Balance Culture

As a Creative Director and brand specialist, I worked on a project to create meaningful gifts for employees of a major company — people who had spent much of their lives working in the office. The goal was to design presents that reflected the company’s culture and identity while expressing genuine care and appreciation. This is how the idea was born: a symbolic balance between work and life, expressed through a real balance board. Alongside it, I created a cozy blanket with thoughtful messaging about how and where it could be used — small details that carried warmth and care. The result was a concept and design brought to life and received with genuine happiness and appreciation.
